Let’s discuss a highly effective time management technique called the Pomodoro Technique. It involves breaking your work or study schedule into more manageable intervals.
You follow a 25-minute focused work session, called a pomodoro, followed by a short break, typically lasting 5 minutes. A longer break of 15-30 minutes is taken after four such pomodoros.
This method helps to improve focus, decrease burnout, and fight procrastination.
